Evaluation for acceptance and eleboration of program

All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by members of the organizing committee. Selection criteria are conformity with conference topics, quality and style of description as well as timely submission. In case of acceptance, the organizing committee will decide on the presentation form (lecture or poster) for your contribution, which will depend on the focus of the final agenda. Papers and posters are considered to be of equal rank, there is no quality discrimination.

Lecture and/or poster acceptance

The decision about acceptance of the proposed paper/lecture or poster will be sent via e-mail by February 29, 2024 at the latest. All accepted contributions will be reviewed and published in the conference proceedings of Recy & DepoTech 2024. For this reason we will require the print-ready article no later than June 30, 2024, in addition to a one-page abstract in English.
