Your poster at conference
The printing of the poster will be taken over by the organizer.
There are no additional costs for you.
You are welcome to remove your poster from the poster board yourself on the last day of the conference and take it with you.
Deadline
A printable PDF of your A0 poster must be submitted to the organizer by October 20, 2024 at the latest, using our OwnCloud.
The LINK to the cloud has already been deactivated.
Layout
Please use the the template saved below to design your poster.
Please note that the format standard DIN A0 has to be maintained, because the poster boards have the appropriate dimension (height 120 cm and width 90 cm).
For formatting please consider that the font size is large enough and the lines are in a thick font so that they can be read from a distance of 1 m (“BIG IS BEAUTIFUL”).
Please note, that there is no possibility for changes or amendments to your poster at the conference.
Exhibition space
The posters will be located in the corridor on the left-hand side of the first floor.
The posters will not be sorted by subject area, but will be (thematically) mixed.
There is a support surface mounted on each poster board. As a poster presenter, you are welcome to place information sheets, business cards or similar items here (A4 format has space).

Mounting of posters
The posters will be set up by the Recy & DepoTech team on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 (in the afternoon).
Removal of posters
You can dismantle the poster yourself on site at any time - ideally after the poster award.
However, we ask that you remove your poster by 12.00 noon on Friday, November 15, 2024. If there are still posters on the walls after 12.00, they will be dismantled by the Recy & DepoTech team.
After that, the remaining posters can only be collected again on Monday, November 18, 2024 from the AVAW chair's office.
