Since January 1st, 2013 the Chair AVAW is part of the newly formed department for Environmental and Energy Process Engineering.
The chairs of the department are:
Chair of Energy Network Technology (EVT)
Chair of Process Technology and Environmental Protection (VTIU)
Chair of Thermal Processing Technology (TPT)
Chair of Waste Processing Technology and Waste Management (AVAW)
The four chairs are responsible for the two course of study
- Environmental & Climated Protection Technology (formerly Industrial Environmental and Process Engineering and
- Industrial Energy Technology.
The department is currently headed by Univ. Prof. Dipl.-Ing. Dr.techn. Harald Raupenstrauch (chair TPT).
